Engagement Retainer - 10 Billable Hours

Service Description

When you need to hire an attorney for your business, whether it be to establish a new company, to draft or review of commercial contracts, to properly document and report a debt or equity offering, or to sell or acquire a business, the terms, conditions, and fees for the engagement should be agreed at the outset. Our hourly rate is $450, less than half of the senior partner rate at conventional firms. Our clients typically start by depositing a retainer that covers the first ten hours of service. We then bill hourly and charge against the retainer. In some cases, fixed fees and other arrangements are also available.
